Mr Farmer specializes in providing high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety/work wear solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory processes. This will include analysing sales history, inventory procurement and returns, inventory administration, perpetual stock take, stock adjustments etc.

Inventory Controller (Administrative Role)

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse sales history & prepare demand forecasts
Generate suggested stock orders
Identify old & slow-moving stock
Place & receive approved stock orders
Manage buyouts & returns & Maintain accurate stock data e.g. min levels, replacement costs
Oversee stock take processes, including daily counts & adjustments & handle supplier queries

Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables) and stock systems
Solid admin and process implementation experience
Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written & spoken)
Minimum 2 years’ proven procurement & stock management experience
Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, self-motivated & results-driven
Suitable for an experienced Bookkeeper with relevant experience
