Senior Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a proactive Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching and delivery of products. The successful candidate will manage, motivate, and train staff to achieve production, productivity, and accuracy standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Direct daily operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in receiving, loading, shipping and delivery of products.
- Staff Management: Schedule, train, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper storage methods.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and company policies are followed to maintain a zero-incident culture.
- KPI Management: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all Vehicles are properly maintained.
- Processes and producers: Implement and maintain new ideas to improve efficiencies and productivities, ensuring quicker turnaround times through warehouse and customer deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of successful supervisory experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Applicant MUST reside within Helderberg region

Store Sales Assistant & Admin
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Store Sales Assistant & Administrator to join our team.
You’ll be the face of Mr Farmer—assisting customers, processing sales, handling admin tasks, and helping create an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers & provide product advice
- Process sales transactions & quotations
- Handle basic admin (invoicing, orders, cash-ups)
- Keep store neat, organised & well-stocked
- Support team sales targets
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Retail/customer service & admin experience preferred
- Strong communication & customer-first mindset
- Good attention to detail & organisation
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, POS)
- Reliable, flexible (incl. Saturdays)
