Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Mr Farmer Workwear, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products and service. If you experience any issue with an item purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase provided that all conditions below are met.


General Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the customer must ensure that:

• The original Mr Farmer Workwear Tax Invoice/Receipt is presented.
• The item is in original saleable condition with all tags and labels attached.
• The item is unworn, unopened, unused, and unwashed.
• The item is in its original packaging and free from any damage or signs of use.
• Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of purchase unless faulty, mislabelled, or incorrectly supplied.


Return Timelines by Product Category

Items eligible for return within 7 days:

• Footwear – (if not worn and not polished)
• Workwear / Clothing
• General PPE Products (non-consumable) – gloves (non-disposable), safety specs, helmets, harnesses, reflective wear, etc.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless faulty before use):

Consumable or Hygiene-Sensitive PPE

• Respiratory items – disposable respirators, cartridge respirators, filters, masks, half-masks, full-face masks
• Hearing protection – ear plugs (disposable or reusable once opened)
• Head & body PPE consumables – hair nets, beard nets, disposable caps, disposable overalls/coveralls, disposable gloves
Any sealed PPE item once opened

Thermal & Underwear Garments

• Thermal wear, undergarments, or base layers that have been worn, opened, or used

• Rainwear including – Rainsuits, Rain jackets and Raincoats

 

Custom or Special-Order Products

• Customised, embroidered, printed, branded, or altered garments

• ARC Clothing and ARC PPE

• Factory-made items manufactured specifically for a customer (Made just for you items)
• Buyouts – products not part of Mr Farmer Workwear’s standard stock list, purchased specifically on request


Faulty, Incorrect or Mislabeled Items

You may return the item if it is:
• Faulty
• Mislabelled
• Not as described
• Incorrectly supplied

Faulty items will be inspected. If the manufacturer confirms a factory defect, a credit, replacement, or refund will be processed.


Short Deliveries / Incorrect Deliveries

• All short deliveries, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be entertained.


Returns via Courier / Post

• If returning unwanted items by courier, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received at our depot and inspected.
• A handling fee may apply.


Refund Methods

Refunds may be processed via:
• EFT
• Credit card reversal
• Cash (if arranged prior)

Mr Farmer Workwear reserves the right to choose the refund method.


Handling Fees

A handling fee (5%–20%) may be charged if:
• Packaging is missing or damaged
• The item is returned after 7 days but within 3 months
• Additional inspection is needed to verify condition


Sample Policy

• All samples must be purchased in full.
• Samples must be returned within 7 working days for a full refund, provided they are in original packaging and in acceptable, unworn condition.
• Returns after 7 days may attract a 20% handling fee.
• Account customers will be invoiced for samples; if not returned within 7 working days, the invoice will remain payable.
• Refunds for samples may be processed via EFT, credit card reversal, or cash.


Proof of Purchase

• Mr Farmer Workwear does not accept bank statements as proof of purchase.
• An invoice number will be accepted if the invoice cannot be produced.


Right to Refuse Returns

If the above requirements are not met, Mr Farmer Workwear reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund.
