- Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Prices quoted exclude delivery unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing on quotations is subject to change.
- Returns and Exchanges:
- A 20% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned or exchanged after 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- Original tax invoice must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Specially manufactured, altered, or specially ordered items cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
- Orders and Payments:
- Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of proof of payment and once payment has cleared in our accounts.
- Failure to pay within 7 working days will result in order cancellation.
- EFT payments are accepted.
- Pricing and Quantity:
- Prices quoted are based on the specified quantity. Deviations may result in price adjustments.
- Additional charges may apply for smaller quantities.
- Surcharge is applicable for sizes XL / 46 / 117 and above.
- Samples:
- Samples must be purchased from us and returned within 7 working days for a full refund, provided they are in original, unused condition.
