Mr Farmer delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery Areas
While we aim to deliver nationwide, our courier partners may not service certain remote, rural, or high-risk areas. If your delivery address falls outside their serviceable network, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution. Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
âą Always Available (In Stock): Orders are processed within 2â3 working days, with delivery typically taking 3â5 working days thereafter.
âą Order on Request: Please allow an additional 7 working days for procurement and processing before dispatch.
âą Made Just For You: Production and delivery typically take 3â6 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, peak trading periods, adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, or courier-related circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the delivery of your parcel rests with the appointed courier. We will, however, assist where reasonably possible should any delivery issues arise.
Product Availability
Products are categorised according to their availability:
âą Always Available â In stock and ready for dispatch.
âą Limited Availability â Stock levels may vary and are subject to availability at the time of order.
âą Order on Request â Procured specifically for your order and requires additional procurement and processing time.
âą Made Just For You â Custom-manufactured to your specifications and requires a longer production lead time.
